The thing is, there are so many unhealthy foods out there that are advertised as "low fat", "heart-healthy", etc., but that is not worth eating, that the problem is hard to figure out exactly which ones are safe and which ones are not safe at all. Some of the most dangerous foods out there are those that contain high amounts of sugar or fat. One of the things that could kill you is over-consumption of any kind of food that contains artificial preservatives or flavorings, or any food that is created using a chemical process, such as when food is heated up in a processing plant. Well, some of them to look out for are: pastries, chips, cookies, sodas, hot dogs, salad dressings and spreads, fried foods, and anything else that is deep-fried or that has a lot of oil. As well as salt, other preservatives, such as monosodium glutamate (MSG), may also kill you, and are a no-no.

Well, you can eat all the healthy foods out there without having to worry about any of those deadly ingredients, but it's going to take a little effort on your part to make sure you're eating right. If you find yourself craving a particular type of food, such as chocolate, for example, it's not a bad idea to check the ingredient label to see what the ingredients are. Sometimes you might just be eating too much chocolate for one reason or another. If it turns out that you need a more healthy alternative to chocolate, it's not a bad idea to keep looking until you find one that is good for you, and that will keep you from getting sick later on.
