The world’s largest salt flat is situated Bolivia called Salar de Uyuni. This salt desert is almost 4086 sq. miles long and is filled with white salt over the surface. The land scape is fully flat saving for a few expanses of island located here and there. There is a lithium industry situated tin the area as below the salt there is appraised to be world’s 70% of Lithium reserve. Salar de Uyuni is a perfect tourist destination which can be experienced all through the year by taking a 4*4 tour with six other guests. It can get quite hot and the rain adds a new reflective coat to the salt.
